RTÉ Radio: Information Campaign

Radio Telefís Éireann is a Public Service Broadcaster, a non‑profit making organisation owned by the Irish people.
We were called upon by RTÉ to communicate a temporary closure of their MW service. As befits a public service broadcaster, and with many older listeners using the service; a clear, friendly explanation of alternative services was needed.

We co‑ordinated the message and visual identity across different media, from print to the web.

A sure sign of the success of the campaign was a record low number of enquiries and complaints about the service interuption.
